Artistrí Privacy Policy

Artistrí is a platform for human-made culture. We are currently operating in private beta and collecting early-access requests from creators, collectors, curators, venues, and people interested in the Artistrí community.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Artistrí or submit an early-access request:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • Account type or role interest, such as Collector, Creator, Curator, or Venue
  • Consent preferences, including whether you agreed to receive product updates or text messages
  • Basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and IP address
  • Any information you voluntarily submit through forms, applications, messages, or future creator/venue onboarding flows

As Artistrí develops, we may also collect information related to profiles, uploaded works, collections, applications, events, payments, and account activity. If we materially expand what we collect, we will update this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Manage the early-access invite list
  • Contact you about beta access, product updates, and onboarding
  • Understand what types of accounts people are interested in creating
  • Operate, test, improve, and secure Artistrí
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, or unauthorized access
  • Respond to support, legal, or product inquiries
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

Email and Text Communications

If you submit your email address, we may contact you about early access, product updates, onboarding, and related Artistrí announcements.

If you provide your phone number and separately agree to receive text messages, we may send you text messages about early access or onboarding. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or by contacting us at the email address below.

Phone number submission is optional unless clearly stated otherwise.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Artistrí, such as hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, email providers, SMS providers, authentication providers, and other infrastructure services.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Artistrí.

We may also disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Artistrí, our users, or others
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Artistrí, manage the invite list, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the product.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will make reasonable efforts to do so, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no internet service, database, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to the personal information we have about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of certain communications
  • Ask questions about how your information is used

Children

Artistrí is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

International Users

Artistrí is based in the United States. If you access Artistrí from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
